Jessica sighed as she flipped through the pages. David sat in a chair in front of the desk and twiddled his thumbs. "Hurry." he siad impatiently. "I'm looking..." she replied. Jessica had a tendancy to be very picky. Finally she came to an interesting ad. Land For Sale
200 acres
Located in the foothills of the Calico Mountain Range, this makes the perfect place for you to start a new farm. A century old farm house has already been standing here since 1904 and is perfect for small or large families. The barn needs a little work, but two pastures and three small training rings have been repainted and fixed up like new. "Hey Mark look here!" she said throwing the book on his lap and pointing at the ad. He read it quietly several times and stood. "We'll take this one." he said finally. Jessie smiled happily and clapped her hand together. "Yes!"

The smart woman who was sitting behind the desk smiled, ''Good choice. Just sign here!'' She pushed a deed forward and handed over a pen.

Jessica took the pen and David read the deed over. By the time he finished, Jessica had signed the deed and was handing it back. "Looks-" he watched the deed get handed back, "good.." he sighed and waited for the woman to finish the details. "Thank you so much." Jessice said.

Jessica squealed and ran out the door. David shook his head and walked out. "Thanks." he siad before pulling the closed behind him. He pulled out the keys to his pickup truck and climbed in. Jessica hopped in the other side and stared at the shiny new house key. David put the truck in reverse and backed out his his parking spot. Then he put in in drive and pulled away, heading toward the new farm.
